Ozi Ozaa Brings Highlife and Afrofunk to the Carrus Crystal Palace.

Ozi Ozaa is a 9-piece band packed full of funk and jazz with sweet Highlife and traditional African rhythms. Led by Ghanaian composer and multi-instrumentalist Yaw Asumadu, Ozi Ozaa has been sharing their irresistible spicy rhythms at festivals and venues across the nation.

Asumadu is joined by a Kiwi collective of musicians who inject his mix of funk, jazz, Highlife and traditional African beats with new local flavour. Ozi Ozaa means work and happiness, his simple motto that promises dancing, singing and smiling for all those who come along. 

Dance, sing and experience togetherness with this irresistible Afrofunk explosion.
