By car: Head to Tauranga’s City Centre and park your car (info below).
By bus: For information on bus services in Tauranga visit the Bay Bus website.

There are plenty of parking options to suit a variety of needs.
Elizabeth Street, Spring Street parking buildings and on-street parking are free from 5pm to 6am on weekdays, and free on weekends and public holidays. Otherwise, $2 per hour for the first 2 hours. Click here for more info.
Ticketing

The easiest way to book tickets is online, right here on our website—Eventfinda is our ticketing partner: 0800 289 849
You can also purchase tickets in-person at the Baycourt Box Office at 38 Durham St, Tauranga.
Monday–Friday: 10am–4pm
Events: Open one hour before event starts
If the phrase ‘General admission’ is used, specific seats are not allocated. Tickets are issued according to the venue capacity and ticket holders select their own seats after admission to the venue. Seating is a on a ‘first come, first served’ basis so we recommend you arrive early.

Information and advertised performances are correct at the time of printing. Tauranga Arts Festival Trust reserves the right to alter without notice any advertised schedule of artists, events or programmes.
Tickets are subject to availability, are non-transferable between events and there are no refunds or exchanges on completed purchasers.
Booking fees may apply to all ticket purchases.

If a performance is cancelled, the ticket price will be refunded by Eventfinda to those who purchased the tickets. No refunds or exchanges on service fees except required by law. General admission tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
