By car: Head to Tauranga’s City Centre and park your car (info below).
By bus: For information on bus services in Tauranga visit the Bay Bus website. -
There are plenty of parking options to suit a variety of needs.
Elizabeth Street, Spring Street parking buildings and on-street parking are free from 5pm to 6am on weekdays, and free on weekends and public holidays. Otherwise $2 per hour for the first 2 hours. Click here for more info.
Ticketing

The easiest way to book tickets is right here on the website. Eventfinda is our ticketing partner.
You can also purchase tickets at the Baycourt Box Office
Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays: 10am - 2pm
Events: Open one hour before event starts

For any cancelled or postponed ticketed shows, all ticket holders will be contacted directly via email by Eventfinda, who will provide options around re booking or refunding.

Tauranga Arts Festival Trust is offers a range of access services so everyone can enjoy the Festival. As everyone’s access needs are different, we recommend you reach out to our team at info@taurangafestival.co.nz before boking your ticket.

Please let us know if you will be bringing your service dog so we can arrange appropriate seating for you and your dog.Hearing Loop at Baycourt
A hearing loop is available in the Addison Theatre at Baycourt Community and Arts Centre, from rows F to S. Please ensure you book the assigned seating. To access this wireless audio signal change your hearing aid setting to ‘Telecoil’ and it will connect.
Sensory Sensitivity Needs
We want to ensure everyone feels comfortable. If you or one of your guests is autistic, has neurodiversity or sensory sensitivities please get in touch to discuss your access requirements.We are continually looking for ways to improve our understanding of accessibility needs, universal design and social inclusion.
