We’re thrilled to present Obelisk Natura in the Festival Garden—a breathtaking large-scale installation by acclaimed creative studio Vesica. This striking work celebrates our deep connection to the natural world, bringing light, colour, and energy to Tauranga’s waterfront.

Towering at three metres tall, the six magnificent totems each embody a vital element of our environment: earth, sun, canopy, wind, river, and moon. Together, they create an evolving sonic landscape—as each structure’s unique sound merges into a rich, harmonious composition.

With immersive visuals, programmed lighting, and a mesmerising soundscape, Obelisk Natura invites visitors of all ages to pause, explore, and reconnect.
