Echoes: Tauranga Moana

Echoes: Tauranga Moana invites audiences to explore the history of our city in a new immersive digital experience.

Snapshots of events, places and people from Tauranga City Libraries digital archive Pae Korokī, join historic photographs from The Elms Foundation and images of taonga and precious objects from Tauranga Heritage Collection.

Connect our city’s past with the present and as part of the experience upload images of your whānau and friends, creating an exhibition where the echoes of yesterday stand alongside our community of today.

This exhibition has been developed for the Tauranga Arts Festival by Supercut Projects in partnership with Tauranga City Libraries, Tauranga Heritage Collection and The Elms Foundation. It joins a series of visual arts experiences around the city centre that can also be found on the free to download CITY ART WALK app.
