It comes to us all, sooner or later, yet death is still a taboo subject. Come and hear from the professionals who see us on our way as to how we might break down the barriers with our nearest and dearest. Tauranga GP Andrew Corin is an award-winning author (This Old Stick) and blogger and researcher on ageing and dying; Greg Brownless became a funeral director at the age of 33 and has worked on emergency body repatriation, including after the 2004 Boxing Day Tsunami; the Reverend Matiu Best, a qualified nurse, is part of the chaplains’ team at Tauranga Hospital.
