Phone bookings will only be accepted with credit card payment. There will be a $6 transaction fee.

*NB: Reserved seats can be posted but General Admission tickets must be either couriered or picked up from the venue as we cannot reissue GA tickets if lost or stolen. There is a $3 charge if couriered, $7 for rural delivery. This charge is in addition to the booking or transaction fee.

Counter Sales

All bookings can be made at any TicketDirect office nationwide. To find your nearest TicketDirect outlet phone 08004TICKET. There may be additional service fees for tickets booked through other outlets. The Baycourt Office will be open Mon - Thur 8.45am - 5.30pm, Fri 8.45am - 5.00pm, Sat 9am - 1.00pm and 1 hour before Baycourt performances. There will be an additional Box Office at The Pacific Crystal Palace during the Festival which will be open an hour and half before the evening show at 8.30pm.

Internet Bookings

Tickets purchased for events online will incur the following booking fees:

$1.50 per ticket fee
$5 per transaction for pickup tickets
$8 per transaction for courier deliveries

Please note: You can only purchase tickets for one event per transaction

TECT discount

TECT consumers are entitled to a 20% discount on the first two tickets purchased to any Arts Festival show. Simply present your TECT Concession Card at Baycourt when purchasing tickets. Only available at Baycourt on production of your current TECT Concession Card. Does not apply to phone or internet bookings, vouchers, door sales or World Press Photo.

General Admission

If the phrase General Admission is used, there are no specific seats allocated. Tickets are issued according to the venue capacity and patrons must select their own seat after admission.

Conditions

The Tauranga Arts Festival Trust reserves the right to alter, without notice, any advertised schedule of artists, events or programmes, Tickets subject to availability and issued according to best available. Tickets are non-transferable between events and there will be no refunds or exchanges on completed bookings except as required by law. The Festival retains the right to admit latecomers only at a suitable point in the performance. If a show is cancelled the ticket price will be refunded only if the ticket is returned to the booking office by 15 November 2011.
