Hidden throughout central Tauranga Moana, this thrilling trail begins at the new TAG Pop-Up Gallery. Grab a map and brace yourself for an extraordinary journey of discovery.

The Wunderboxes share Tauranga Moana’s special stories and foster a connection with the seasons and the rhythmic dance of maramataka, the Māori lunar calendar. A year-long project – starting at the Festival - discover the first wave of Wunderbox installations, and dive into the radiant world of Raumati. Guided by Tauranga artists drawing inspiration from local pūrākau, embark on an extraordinary artistic exploration fuelled by the spirit of summertime.
